Bay and Roots is a Beirut-inspired food project based in Los Angeles. We focus on simple Middle Eastern flavors rooted in the Mediterranean diet, using wholesome and authentic ingredients. From pop-ups serving shawarmas and street food to pantry staples like za’atar, sumac, and dried mint, everything we make is familiar food made with care and meant to be shared.
